You get stages from 5,000 to 16,000 sq ft, grids up to 28 feet, elephant doors and dock-high loading, lifts and condors on site, and 400 parking spaces for crew and trucks. All of it is in Long Beach, 20 minutes from LAX, with no historic-district limits on what you build.

Do you have standing sets?
Every stage is an empty box and you build what the script needs. That is why productions come here: 13 acres, no historic-district limits, and a stage you hold through prep, shoot and strike rather than a set you have to work around.
Is there a scene shop or mill on site?
G&E, lifts, condors and production supplies are handled in-house. Ask us when you inquire and we will tell you exactly what is on the lot.
Can we store sets between shoot blocks?
Yes, by holding the stage across the gap. Productions book multi-week runs so the set stays standing between blocks, and there is overnight truck parking on the lot for what comes off it. Send your block dates and we will price the hold.
How are build and strike days billed?
Send the dates, the stage and roughly what you are building, and a full quote covering prep, shoot and strike comes back the same day.
