Toyota GR Corolla U.S. Market Launch 🏎💨

Ready, set, go! It’s April and we’re off to the races. This month, Thunder Studios collaborated with Toyota on the official U.S. market launch of the all new 2023 GR Corolla ‘Hot Hatch’. The event displayed the never-before-seen models in Thunder’s vast Stage 3 and on Stage 2’s unique automotive turntable.

After the successful launch, Thunder received praise from Toyota’s Executive Vice President, Shinichi Yasui, and on-site client Johnny Camacho:

Kid Cudi is featured in the latest jewelry-focused campaign from Louis Vuitton #shotatthunder. Musician and creative fashion muse Scott Mescudi has been a longtime advocate of gender-fluid fashion, making him the perfect fit to bring to life the range of pieces from LV’s unisex collection. 2022 GRAMMYs 🏆

Over the years, Thunder has hosted many artists who took home GRAMMYs including SZA who won her first ever Grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance alongside Doja Cat, Bad Bunny for best Música Urbana Album, and H.E.R. for best Traditional R&B Performance ‘Fight For You’.

All Aboard! Thunder Broadcasts from U.S.S. Iowa 🚢

Thunder’s Mobile Broadcasting team was on the U.S.S. Iowa Saturday April 2nd, recording a Memorial Day “America Salutes You” concert for the U.S. Department of Defense. 🇺🇸

Chivas de Guadalajara vs Club Leon for PRIMETIME Sports

Thunder provided mobile unit and engineering services to PRIMETIME Sports to produce the sold-out friendly soccer match between Liga MX’s Chivas de Guadalajara and Club Leon. The game was played at PayPal Park in San Jose, CA and broadcast nationally on NBC Universo.

Ever wondered what it would be like to play in the #Metaverse? @RayJ and @YandySmith got to demo our tech at #SXSW for the Infinite Reality (iR) hosted Fireside Futures event and loved the experience!

SFNFT Gallery Series at iR Gallery Soho

With our partners Metasill and The Bitcoin Express, Infinite Reality presented the art of Moriartsy and veteran photographer Marshall Swerman in their special collaborative Andy Warhol Exhibition “Warholics” featuring NFT Pop Art paintings inspired by never-before-seen photographs of Andy Warhol in his NYC studio.

The special exhibition of electrifying NFT art on state-of-the-art NFT displays included an auction of some of the collection and a special Mystery Box Auction for the more daring bidders.

During the evening, attendees also experienced Fireside Futures: NFT Through the Lens, an intimate discussion on NFTs, digital creatives, and the new world of collecting art. Moderated by Kim Osorio and featuring Arick Coleman Salmea, Chase Danzig of The Bitcoin Express, and celebrity photographer Johnny Nunez.

A *Taste* of What We’ve Been Up To

This month, we provided charcuterie to *fuel* the official U.S. market launch of the all new 2023 Toyota GR Corolla “Hot Hatch”. Thunder Catering also provided a range of fresh catered options for our clients to cover all food preferences: blackened tofu for the vegans, ricotta and jalapeño empanadas for the vegetarians, mahi-mahi topped with papaya pico de gallo for the pescatarians, and apricot BBQ chicken paired with blueberry salsa for the omnivores. Crew eats best when #thundercaters.
