MOBILE BROADCASTING
Kicking off Summer ⚽️ ?
Thunder Mobile Broadcasting was busy during the month of June traveling allover the US and parts of Mexico.
Our first event was the Spanish Broadcast for UK’s based digital sports platform DAZN in Guadalajara, México on June 26th. This international boxing broadcast was a partnership production between Matchroom and Canelo Promotions. Thunder Mobile Broadcasting provided the mobile unit, crewing and logistical work for a spectacular night of Boxing in the birth place of Mariachi Music.
Thunder is truly an international mobile broadcast company. The same night in Los Angeles, CA, the pride of Central America was at stake when Thunder produced the friendly international soccer match between the National teams of Guatemala and El Salvador. Thunder Mobile Broadcasting took its TV1 Mobile Unit to the home of the LAFC at Banc of California Stadium for this remote production providing all the crewing and transmission services, and last week broadcast two soccer matches in Texas for NBC X Telemundo (see a clip of it here).

Gridiron Bowl: Team James Wins the XBOX Madden NFL ‘21 Tournament
Thank you to everyone who competed in and followed along with this exciting series! Gridiron Gaming, powered by the Pro Football Retired Players Association (PFRPA), returned last month with Gridiron Bowl, a 3-on-3 Madden tournament produced by Thunder Studios. The tournament began June 12th and led up to the main event on June 26th where participants had a chance to compete for a $10,000 prize pool. The tournament had six teams play during show matches, and each team comprised of a retired NFL player, a professional Madden player, and a community player. The tournament concluded with Team Charles James II taking the Gridiron Bowl Championship!! Team Jason Avant took 2nd place. What an insane grand finals!
